The sentence against the accused shall be three million won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant and C posted a letter to the effect that they sell goods on the Internet, acquired money in the name of sales proceeds, and conspired to divide it.

Accordingly, the Defendant and C, at around 16:15 on August 3, 2016, posted a false statement to the effect that “as to sell a computer traffic card” by accessing the Internet NAVV Rona car page from the Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, and 201, and reported it to the victim E who had contacted it.”

However, the defendant and C did not have a computer graphic card, and only thought that they would have acquired the price of goods by deceiving the victim from the beginning, and there was no intention or ability to send the goods even if they received the money from the victim.

Nevertheless, the Defendant and C also received 200,000 won from the victim’s post office account under the name of the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above.

The defendant and C include this in the same year from that time.

8. By the time of May, 15, a total of KRW 1,154,00 was remitted from the victims four times in the same manner as the attached list 1.

As a result, the defendant and C conspireded to acquire the victims' property.
