Defendant
A, with the trade name "D" from May 28, 2015 to July 27, 2015, a person who operated a sexual traffic business establishment from around May 28, 2015 to around July 27, 2015, employed Defendant B as the president of the place of interest payment on August 3, 2015, and operates a sexual traffic business establishment from around August 3, 2015 to September 11, 2015. Defendant B is a person who worked as the head of the branch and the head of the office at the said place of business from around August 3, 2015 to around September 11, 2015.
Defendant
A, from May 28, 2015 to July 27, 2015, up to 4 to 6 female E (E, household name F), etc. in the above establishment, posted a publicity letter on the promotional site of commercial sex acts such as "G", etc., and then received the amount of 7 to 140,000 won from male customers, and then delivered the amount of 4 to 80,000 won to female employees of the middle establishment. Defendant B, from around August 3, 2015 to Defendant A, promised the police to receive KRW 2.5 million monthly delivery from Defendant A to undergo a mainly survey on behalf of Defendant A, and arranged commercial sex acts in a way that, after receiving a pre-contract from male customers, they could provide sexual intercourse to female employees by giving guidance to them.
Accordingly, Defendant A, solely from May 28, 2015 to July 27, 2015, conspired with the Defendants to arrange sexual traffic for the business from August 3, 2015 to September 11, 2015.
