A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 19, 2017, the Defendant, in violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) and the Road Traffic Act (d pertaining to a non-licenseing driving), driven a D-hurbed car under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.217% during blood while under the influence of alcohol, without obtaining a driver’s license in a range of about 2 km from the cemetery to C at around 3:30 on a street-on-site.

2. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a motor vehicle with a lurged motor vehicle from D.

On May 19, 2017, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol without obtaining a driver's license on May 23:30, 2017, and, at the time of wave, driven the said car at a speed of 1-lane road prior to C in front of the wave with a light bombing plane from the lustur off.

Since there is a center line of yellow solid lines, a person engaged in driving service has a duty of care to thoroughly drive the entire city and safely drive the vehicle in order to prevent accidents in advance.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so under the influence of alcohol and operated the Victim E (27) (S) with the negligence of breaking the central line and driving it on the opposite part.

FMW GT car was fully divided into the front part of the FMW GT car operated by the defendant.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered, by negligence in the course of performing the above duties, the injury of the chills, tensions, etc. to the above E in need of approximately three weeks of medical treatment, and the injury of the chills, etc., such as chills, which require approximately three weeks of medical treatment, to the victim G (27 tax) who is the passenger of the victimized vehicle, and the victim H (27 tax).
