Judgment

Although it is recognized that the defendant led to the crime of this case and reflects the amount of damage, etc., the defendant did not agree with the victims in light of the law of the crime of this case and the amount of damage amount, and did not agree with the victims until the trial of the case. In full view of all the sentencing conditions, including the defendant's age, character and conduct, environment, criminal records, circumstances after the crime, and risk of recidivism, the court below's punishment is too unreasonable. Thus, the defendant's assertion is without merit.

In conclusion, the defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act since it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
