1. The Defendants jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff KRW 169,00,000 and Defendant B from March 26, 2011 to August 23, 2017.
Reasons
1. Indication of claim;
A. On March 25, 2011, the Plaintiff leased KRW 169,000,000 to Defendant B at the rate of 1.5% per annum (18% per annum) on March 25, 2012. Defendant C provided joint and several sureties.
B. Accordingly, from March 26, 2011 to the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case from March 26, 2011, the date following the loan 169,000,000 won, the Plaintiff claimed the payment of interest in arrears at the rate of 1.5% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion of Legal Proceedings from the following day to the date of full payment.
2. Claim against Defendant 1.: Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
3. Claim against Defendant 2.: Judgment on deemed confession (Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act).
