Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall cover a registration number plate nor make it illegible.

Nevertheless, at around 15:35 on July 18, 2015, the Defendant made it difficult to identify a registration license plate by attaching the back number plate of B rocketing-type vehicle to avoid the crackdown on illegal parking and stopping on the road of 178 Lee Tae-won, Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Seoul.
