[Criminal Power] On January 17, 2008, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 1,500,000,000,000 for a fine for violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Sungnam Branch of Suwon District Court.

【Criminal Facts】

1. Around 04:10 on September 11, 2019, the Defendant driven C K5 cars with blood alcohol concentration of at least 0.11% from the roads front of Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, B to the roads front of the 393 White-si, Sungnam-si, the same Sungnam-si, and the roads front of the 393 White-si.

2. On September 11, 2019, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) driven the said vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, as described in paragraph (1) at around 04:15, and driven the 33300 00 00 00,000,000, in the direction of the sperm distance, according to three lanes from the sperm distance.

At the time, since a passenger car operated by the defendant had shown yellow signal before entering the intersection, there was a duty of care to prevent accidents such as stopping a car before entering the intersection.
