A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

At around 13:25 on December 4, 2019, the Defendant: (a) obstructed the operation of convenience stores, such as selling and arranging goods by the victims, and calculating work for the victim C (n, 20 years of age) in Jeju Island; (b) and (c) took a bath to the victim without any justifiable reason, such as “I am dead. I will am dead. B as a hole, house,” without any justifiable reason, from December 4, 2019 to December 5, 2019.
