The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. Summary of grounds for appeal;

A. As to the assertion of misunderstanding the facts and legal principles, the following circumstances acknowledged by the evidence duly adopted and investigated by the lower court: (i) Even in the case of CCTV data in which the Defendant withdraws the amount obtained by deceitation from victims, it is only possible to confirm only the withdrawal of the amount that the Defendant was relatively fluorous, and the Defendant did not appear to have withdrawn the amount because he was either fluorative with the surrounding group, or because he was not fluorous with intimidation; and (ii) the Defendant was consistently committed by the investigative agency from the lower court to the lower court, and the defrauded was also used as entertainment expenses, etc.

3. The defendant committed the instant crime due to intimidation between AK and AL, as alleged by the defendant.

In addition, in full view of the fact that the defendant does not have any influence on punishing the defendant as a principal offender in the crime of fraud, it is recognized that the defendant had committed each of the crimes of fraud of this case by deceiving the victims, separate from the punishment of AK and AL as a principal offender in the crime of fraud.

Therefore, this part of the defendant's argument is without merit.

B. As to the wrongful assertion of sentencing, the crime of this case is committed by the Defendant by deceiving an unspecified number of victims, as if he sold game items, and the nature of the crime is inferior. The Defendant committed each of the crimes of this case during the period of repeated crime, and does not take any measures to recover the victims’ damage, and the Defendant’s age and age.
