A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On October 26, 2012, the Defendant was punished by imprisonment for eight months with prison labor for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (Habitual Violence) in the Daejeon District Court's astronomical support on October 26, 2012 and two months in the same court on December 14 of the same year, and completed the execution of the sentence on July 3, 2013;
