1. Defendant continued to provide the victim with a false payment certificate at the above location in accordance with the direction of the above person without his name, and received 20,130,000 won in cash from the injured party while misrepresenting himself as a HJ member, and received 45,596,000 won in total from the victims over four times from July 16, 2020 through July 17, 200, as described in the list of crimes in the attached Form.
2. The Defendant at the time and place specified in paragraph 1, as stated in paragraph 1, issued to C a payment certificate in the name of H, which is a private document with respect to the forged rights and duties provided by a person who was not his/her name, in compliance with the instruction of the person who was unable to obtain his/her name, as stated in paragraph 1, and from that time until July 17, 2020.
