1. As to KRW 477,623,244 and KRW 341,00,00 among the Plaintiff, the Defendant shall annually year from March 22, 2016 to August 16, 2016.
Reasons
1. Indication of claim;
A. On July 15, 2009, the Plaintiff loaned KRW 341,000,000 to the Defendant on a fixed date as of February 15, 2014.
B. From January 31, 2013 to April 2, 2013, the Defendant was in arrears with interest on the said loan, thereby losing the benefit of April 2, 2013. As of March 22, 2016, the said loan obligations amounting to KRW 341,00,000,000, and interest amounting to KRW 136,623,244 until March 21, 2016, is KRW 47,623,244.
C. Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the principal and interest of the above loan obligations amounting to KRW 477,623,244 and delay damages amounting to KRW 341,00,000 among the principal and interest.
