Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On December 4, 2015, around 22:20, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s main store business for about 10 minutes by force by demanding the victim H to pay the food cost from the damaged person in the “I main store” operated by Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government G, the Defendant: (a) laid off the water table and the transit visibility on the floor; and (b) putting the customers a bath, etc.
