The reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance citing the judgment in this case is as stated in the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, except where the court of first instance admitting “Defendant” as “Defendant B”, and thus, it is acceptable to accept it as it is in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

2. If so, the plaintiff's claim of this case is accepted on the grounds of its reasoning, and the judgment of the court of first instance is justified on the grounds of its conclusion, and the defendant's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
