1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiffs and H are students who were enrolled in the second year at public school at the time of the occurrence of the subject case as seen below (hereinafter “instant school”).

(Plaintiff A was enrolled in the second grade 11, the fourth grade for Plaintiff D, and the second grade 6 for H). The Defendant is the principal of the school of this case.

B. The details of the subject case are as follows.

1) On June 20, 2019, Plaintiff D 1, on June 20, 2019, walked with a male toilet located on the third floor in the Dong Office of the instant school around time.

However, as to this, H made a statement that “I had a toilet more, I had the Plaintiff D’s head, and called “I had the Plaintiff D’s head,” and that I tried to enter the match toilet, I had the Plaintiff’s own water dusted,” unlike Plaintiff D’s assertion, stated otherwise as to the motive that I followed Plaintiff D. In the case of the male toilet front CCTV (No. 2 evidence No. 2-1) that took the situation at the time, H took the hand of another student’s head, who was suffering from hald, and said, H did not make any special conversation or contact with Plaintiff D in addition to Plaintiff D’s head, who followed Plaintiff D’s second-hand, and that he did not have any special conversation or contact with Plaintiff D’s head, who had the h’s head, who was suffering from hald.
