A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

피고인은 친구인 B과 피고인이 소개를 받아 알게 된 우즈베키스탄 국적의 여성들인 C와 D를 성매매알선을 위하여 고용하되, 위 여성들이 남성과 성매매를 하고 대가로 받는 금액(1인당 14만 원) 중 6만 원을 소개비, 관리비 명목으로 받기로 하고, 위 여성들을 익산시 E 원룸 202호에서 대기하도록 한 뒤, 피고인과 B이 여성으로 가장하여 ‘즐톡’이라는 스마트폰 어플리케이션에 수시로 조건 만남 글을 올리고 남자로부터 연락이 오면 미리 빌린 승용차를 이용하여 남자가 있는 모텔로 위 여성들을 데려다주는 방법으로 성매매알선 영업을 하기로 하였다. 가.

Accordingly, the defendant conspireds with B to arrange commercial sex acts.
