A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 10, 2020, the Defendant and the Defendant: (a) made false statements that money in a financial account may be withdrawn from an unspecified number of unspecified persons by telephone financial fraud (so-called “scaming”); (b) made the victim keep money in the name of an unspecified number of unspecified persons via telephone; and (c) made the victim keep the money in the name of an unspecified number of unspecified persons at a designated place; and (d) received money; (b) made the victim take the money in the name of an unspecified number of persons; (c) made the victim take the delivery of money in the name of an unspecified number of unspecified persons; (c) made the victim take an organic contact with the organization; (d) sent the money to an unspecified number of unspecified persons; (c) sent the money in the name of an unspecified number of persons; and (e) sent the money in the name of an unspecified number of persons to another account; and (e) sent the money in the name of an unspecified number of persons who received money deposited in the account; and (e) the Defendant took the role of delivering money to the money in a designated account or other account.

2. On June 26, 2020, the Defendant’s name and poorist in criminal facts is the Defendant’s intelligence team police officer of the Seoul National Police Agency in Seoul National Police Agency.

As personal information of the party is leaked, the leakager may recover cash in another passbook of the party.

It shall be produced to police officers by finding cash in all passbooks of the party.

"A false statement" shall be made.
