A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four years.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Economic Crimes (Fraud);

Even if there was no intention or ability to return the earnings in return.

Nevertheless, the Defendant: (a) opened the E account in the name of the victim at around that time by deceiving the victim; (b) deposited KRW 300 million to the victim; and (c) deposited KRW 200 million to the F’s account used by the Defendant on the same day; and (d) obtained the delivery of KRW 500 million.

B. The criminal facts against the victim G are as follows: (a) at the defendant’s house located in the defendant’s house located in 106 dong 405 Dongdong-gu Seocho-gu, Seocho-gu, Seocho-gu, 2006, the defendant made investment in the government bonds of the new interest market, such as East Europe and South America, and government agencies on a four-month basis; (b) the defendant made investment in the government bonds of the new interest market, such as East and South America, and (c) the state bonds.
