1. Nevertheless, the Defendant, along with E, concealed the property in a manner that makes it unclear about the ownership relationship of the property belonging to the bankrupt foundation, such as seeking the profits of the Defendant or E, or undermining the creditor new bank, etc. holding approximately KRW 189,624,141 claims against the said company, the Defendant, and the Defendant, and E, on the ground of KRW 189,624,141 claims against the said company, and on the ground of KRW 936m2 of Gangseo-si, Gangnam-si, the Defendant and E newly constructed on June 27, 2007.
