1. The instant lawsuit was concluded on May 28, 2015 as the withdrawal of the lawsuit.

2. The costs of the lawsuit after the request for setting the date.

A lawsuit shall be deemed to have been withdrawn when a person who raised an objection to the distribution schedule fails to appear on the first date for pleading of a lawsuit of demurrer against distribution (Article 158 of the Civil Execution Act). Since the fact that the plaintiffs did not appear on the first date for pleading opened in the court of law No. 3 of this Court on May 28, 2015, even after receiving the notification of legitimate date after filing a lawsuit of demurrer against distribution of this case, is apparent in the record, the lawsuit of this case was withdrawn on May 28, 2015, to which the first date for pleading belongs.

Nevertheless, since the plaintiffs' litigation relations are unclear, such as submitting a written application for designation, etc., it shall be decided as ordered by the declaration of termination of litigation in order to clarify that the lawsuit in this case is terminated.
