A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On March 7, 2018, the Defendant driven B Poter Cargo Vehicles at approximately 300 meters away from the road of Seocho-gu Seoul Seocho-gu, Seocho-gu, Seoul, with no driver's license on March 7, 2018 to around 11, Seocho-gu, Seoul.
