A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

피고인은 2012. 7. 29. 10:30경 강원 영월군 김삿갓면 내리에 있는 도로에서부터 강원 영월군 중동면 녹전리에 있는 녹전삼거리 31호 국도에 이르기까지 약 3km의 구간에서 자동차운전면허를 받지 아니한 채 C 리오 승용차를 운전하였다.
