A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On February 22, 2020, the defendant, who was registered as a resident in B, was living in the house of the victim in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City with the permission of the victim C who was living in Seoul Special Metropolitan City with the family of the victim who was living in Seoul Special Metropolitan City. On February 22, 2020, the defendant got 100,000 won from the victim and got her back at the home of the victim.
