1. The Defendant caused the termination of the title trust on February 23, 2016 with respect to the motor vehicles listed in the separate sheet from the Plaintiff.

1. Determination as to the cause of claim

A. 1) On March 14, 2000, the Plaintiff is a motor vehicle listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant motor vehicle”).

) In accordance with the title trust agreement with the Defendant, which was the husband at the time, the transfer of ownership was registered in the name of the Plaintiff (the Plaintiff did not have obtained a driver’s license at the time of the registration of transfer of the instant vehicle, and the Defendant

(2) On February 23, 2016, the instant warden, which contained an expression of intent to terminate title trust with respect to the instant automobile, was served on the Defendant.

B. According to the above facts of recognition, the Defendant is obligated to accept from the Plaintiff the application procedure for the registration of transfer of ownership on February 23, 2016 with respect to the instant motor vehicle.

2. Judgment on the defendant's assertion

A. Defendant’s assertion 1) The Plaintiff and the Defendant, from around 1986, transferred all vehicles including the instant vehicles under the Plaintiff’s name while operating a wood station, and the Plaintiff processed the report and installment payment of automobile tax. 2) The Defendant is a beneficiary under the National Basic Living Security Act, and the Defendant is a disabled person, thus, cannot respond to Plaintiff’

B. We examine the judgment, the defendant's argument is not acceptable or it is not a ground to refuse the plaintiff's request against the prior findings of fact.

3. Conclusion, the plaintiff's claim is justified.
