Punishment of the crime

On February 22, 2013, around 18:45, the Defendant inflicted an injury on the victim’s face of the victim three times in drinking on the ground that the victim d(n, 40 years of age), while drinking alcohol together with the victim D(n, 40 years of age) at C’s house located in Busan Shodong-gu B, and was able to escape from the victim’s entrance.
