The defendant shall be innocent.
Reasons
1. The summary of the facts charged D is the accounting staff of the E branch office in Korea from April 2001, and the Defendant was working as the staff in charge of broom banking at the G branch of the Japanese bank located in Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si.
