1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 8,875,00 for Plaintiff A and its related KRW 5% per annum from July 1, 2017 to July 21, 2017; and (b).
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. (1) On June 16, 2016, Plaintiff A and the Defendant entered into a lease agreement with respect to a building specified in paragraph (1) of the attached Table No. 1 with regard to the term of lease from June 16, 2016 to December 7, 2017, with regard to a building specified in the attached Table No. 1, and received a lease deposit from the Defendant.
(2) On April 21, 2016, Plaintiff B entered into a lease agreement with the Defendant and April 30, 2017, under which the amount of interest calculated at the rate of KRW 20 million from May 1, 2016 to April 30, 2017, the lease deposit amount of KRW 20 million from the rent, KRW 2 million from the rent, and KRW 12% per annum from the payment of the rent in arrears, and received the lease deposit from the Defendant.
(3) On April 21, 2016, Plaintiff C entered into a lease agreement with the Defendant to pay the amount calculated by adding the interest at the rate of KRW 75 million from May 1, 2016 to April 30, 2018, the lease deposit amount of KRW 3.5 million from May 1, 2016 to April 30, 2018, the lease deposit amount of KRW 3.5 million from the rent, and the monthly payment of the rent in arrears, and received the lease deposit from the Defendant.
B. (1) Under each of the instant lease agreements, the Defendant received delivery of each of the buildings listed in the separate sheet from the Plaintiffs and did not fully pay the Plaintiff’s rent to the Plaintiff, and only a part of the rent was paid to the Plaintiff B and the Plaintiff C. The details of the unpaid rent as of June 30, 2017 are as follows.
