Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On November 22, 2012, the Defendant sentenced 8 months to imprisonment for fraud at the Seoul Eastern District Court on November 22, 2012, and completed the execution of the sentence on January 29, 2013.
"2013 Highest 4349"
1. On October 12, 2013, at around 00:45, the Defendant issued an order to provide alcohol with the victim D’s “EM” operated by Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Yeongdeungpo-gu, despite the absence of an intent or ability to pay the price, as if the Plaintiff would normally pay the price to the victim, and then, the Defendant received from the victim the sum of KRW 170,000,000, such as beer and beer, from the victim’s seat.
2. At around 09:10 on October 16, 2013, the Defendant issued an order of alcohol in the “H coffee shop” operated by the victim G in Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on the basis of the lack of money at the time, even if he did not have any intent or ability to pay the price, he/she acquired it by deceptioning that he/she would normally pay the price to the victim the price, and then, he/she received the sum of KRW 9,00,000 from the victim, namely, 13 illness of beer and beer, etc. from the victim.

The Defendant, without taking necessary procedures such as returning the acquired property to the victim, embezzled the property he/she had on his/her own mind.
2. Fraud and violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act;
A. On August 7, 2013, around 05:16, the Defendant issued sales slips to the said victim by ordering the victim to engage in alcohol and alcohol, and issuing I credit cards acquired and possessed as above, at the point of “K” in the operation of the victim’s nameless boxes in Seongbuk-gu Seoul Seongbuk-gu Seoul High CourtJ.
