Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On December 7, 2016, at around 21:00, the Defendant moved out the victim D (52 taxes) into the foregoing drinking house in front of Kimhae-si B, the Defendant d (52) and the victim were satisf, and had a dispute with the victim, and was satisfed, the Defendant dumpeded and pushed down the bomb of the said victim, and turned out the victim over the ground floor.

As a result, the defendant laid down the foundation of the five parts above the right side in order to provide approximately six weeks of treatment to the victim.
