A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 28, 2013, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents, while under the influence of alcohol by 0.123% of blood alcohol concentration, was driving a Bland Brober Dricker Dricker car at the level of 0.123%, leading two-lanes in front of the Gambro-gu, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, Geumnam-si, Geumnam-si, to the Gambi-do in Seoul.
