Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

A person who intends to install noise emission facilities (a presses other than 10 miles or more, and a presses with 10 miles or more) shall obtain permission from the head of the competent Gu, as prescribed by Presidential Decree, but the Defendant installed and operated a presses 1 (10 miles) and a presses 1 (29 miles) in Busan Gangseo-gu, a residential area from February 2012 to February 20, 2014, without obtaining permission from the head of the competent Gu.
