Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 15 million.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On August 5, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 5 million by the Incheon District Court as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act.

On April 26, 2020, the Defendant, at around 19:40, driven a DNA Ⅱ truck with alcohol content of 0.160% while under the influence of alcohol from around 14k to the front road of Seopopo City, Seopopo City, the Defendant violated twice the prohibition of drinking driving regulations.
