Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 4, 2014, the Defendant was elected in the election of proportional representative members of the D-gu Council, and the Defendant was willing to move into a family in the D-gu in order to have the right to be elected for the above election while residing together with his family members in Busan E with his family members.

On March 28, 2014, the Defendant, using a computer installed in the “G” office located in the Busan Metropolitan City F, sent a move-in report to the “Government-Private Port Port 24” Internet site, and then, to the “Masan H/Ma 110” site.

Accordingly, the Defendant reported false facts on the resident registration.

1. The defendant and his defense counsel asserted that the moving-in report to J does not constitute a false report even in the interpretation of the Resident Registration Act, even if the moving-in report to J does not constitute a false report.

However, according to each evidence of the judgment, Busan JJ in which the defendant's former domicile belongs to the Busan KK and the moving-in report is not far away from the distance, and the defendant's husband and children actually resided in K, and even if the defendant's father and children frequently traveled to the J where his parents live, the defendant has an independent family and his family members are in the vicinity.
