Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 00:10 on August 24, 2013, the Defendant: (a) driven a Csch Rexroth car and driven three-lanes of the road in front of the Csch Rexroth 10 U.S.A. in the area of the Suwon-dong, at the upstream of the road from the upstream to the Sp. Sp. Sp., the Defendant did not find out the mawal left by his occupational negligence, disregarding the pedestrian stop signal, disregarding the pedestrian stop signal from the left side of the vehicle where the Defendant was driving the vehicle safely; (b) caused the victim’s death on August 29, 2013, by taking the front side of the said vehicle with the part of the driver’s right side; and (c) caused the shock to the victim’s death on August 29, 2013, by taking the front side of the said vehicle to undergo medical treatment at the A.S. University Hospital’s unit located in the 93 unit in Suwon-gu, Suwon-si on May 29.
