Punishment of the crime

Defendant A, “2012 Highest 3094,” was in charge of accounting affairs while serving as an employee of the Victim F Co., Ltd., Ltd. in Ulsan-dong-gu, Ulsan-gu from January 201 to July 201.

1. Around February 10, 2010, Defendant A’s occupational embezzlement (hereinafter “Defendant A”) voluntarily withdrawn KRW 200,000,000,000 from the deposit account of a new bank deposited in the name of the said company at the above company’s office for the victim company and used it for personal purposes.

In addition, from around that time to September 19, 201, the Defendant embezzled the total amount of KRW 114,676,171 as the victim’s deposits deposited in the bank account in the name of the said company and the bank account in Korea, at least 73 times, from around that time to around September 19, 201, for personal purposes.

2. Defendant A’s occupational breach of trust was in charge of purchasing goods necessary for the said victim’s company at the Internet shopping site and settling the price through the victim’s foreign exchange bank corporate card.

In such a case, the defendant has a duty not to pay the purchase price of goods necessary for his personal use with the above corporate card.

Nevertheless, around May 3, 2010, the Defendant purchased books necessary for personal use at the above corporate office and settled 3.60,000 won with the above corporate card and paid 7,619,800 won in total for personal use from around that time to September 29, 2011, as shown in the attached list of crimes (2).

Accordingly, the defendant suffered property damage equivalent to 7,619,800 won from the victim company and acquired property profit equivalent to the same amount.
