Reasons

Punishment of the crime

On August 1, 2003, the Defendant was sentenced to five years of imprisonment with prison labor for robbery, etc. at the Seoul Southern District Court on November 8, 2003, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on June 5, 2008, and completed the execution of the said sentence in the Ansan Prison on June 5, 2008.
