A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On January 23, 2018, the defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for violating the Act on Regulation and Punishment of Criminal Proceeds Concealment in the Daegu District Court on June 201, and the judgment became final and conclusive on November 29 of the same year.

On November 21, 2017, the Defendant appeared as a witness of the Daegu District Court No. 5, in the Daegu District Court No. 364, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, and became a witness of the case in violation of the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. against Defendant B, Daegu District Court No. 2017Kadan4074, and became a witness after being notified of the right to refuse to testify and being sworn.

피고인은 위와 같이 ‘피고인 B이 C와 동업하여 2016. 9.경부터 2017. 2. 16.경까지 사이 대구광역시 동구 D 오피스텔에서 ’E‘이라는 상호의 성매매 업소를 운영하며 성매매 알선 행위를 한 사건’과 관련하여 증언하면서, ①“피고인 B이 2016. 9.경부터 2017. 2.까지 ‘D’ 오피스텔에서 영업으로 성매매 알선을 한 사실이 있나요.”라는 질문에 “본인이 영업을 하지는 않았는데요.”라고 증언하고, ②“그러면요. 어떤 역할을 담당했나요. 피고인 B씨가 ”라는 질문에 “특별히 하는 일은 없었습니다.”라고 증언하고, ③“실장 관리라면 구체적으로 어떤 일을 하는 거예요 ”라는 질문에 “출퇴근.”이라고 증언하고, ④“출퇴근을 하고, 출퇴근해서 뭐 해요 ”라는 질문에 “실장들이 출근해서 자기네들 일하는 거, 그거 특별히 하는 게 없었는데.”라고 증언하고, ⑤“실장들을 묻는게 아니고 B 피고인이 뭘 했느냐 물었는데.. ”라는 질문에 “B 씨는 한 번씩 실장들이 출근 제대로 했는지 그런 거 체크하는 정도 ”라고 증언하고, ⑥“출퇴근은 했다 어쨌든. 실장들 일하는 거 관리하고 했다. 그런 내용입니까 ”라는 질문에"아니 한 번씩 이제 예, 그랬던 것 그러니까 특별히 하는 일이...
