A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal facts

1. On March 24, 2016, the Defendant injured the obstruction of performance of special duties: (a) while driving the Defendant’s E-ray vehicle on the street in front of the first floor D of the Gangnam-gu Seoul building, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, at around 19:25, the Defendant sent the Defendant a hand signal to stop the vehicle on the right side of the vehicle in front of the above vehicle to check the fact that the said vehicle is a vehicle subject to the order to stop the operation; (b) the Defendant sent the Defendant a hand signal to stop the vehicle on the right side in order to check the vehicle; (c) it threatens the Defendant to stop the vehicle on a speed; and (d) the Defendant continued to stop the vehicle in front of the above vehicle; and (e) continuing to drive the vehicle in front of the above vehicle in a manner that 10 meters high and fasted with 10 meters high and added a broke, thereby cutting the F on both sides of the vehicle on the ground floor.

Accordingly, the Defendant assaulted F, who is a police official, carrying dangerous objects, thereby hindering the F from performing his duties of inspection duties, and thereby suffered approximately two weeks of treatment to F, such as the right knee, which requires treatment.

2. No person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall operate any motor vehicle on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance for motor vehicles;

Nevertheless, on September 28, 2015, the Defendant operated a motor vehicle with a total of six times from around the time to March 25, 2016, including the operation of a motor vehicle with a motor vehicle mandatory insurance on the road located in Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu.
