1. The Defendant’s KRW 18,50,000 and the Plaintiff’s annual rate of KRW 6% from June 5, 2018 to September 6, 2018, and the following.

1. Occurrence of liability to pay mutual aid money;

A. 1) On April 9, 2016, the Plaintiff entered into a worker’s accident mutual aid agreement with D Association (hereinafter “instant mutual aid agreement”) with the following terms and conditions.

- The period of mutual aid: (a) - The General Terms and Conditions for Workers’ Disaster Deductions (Name of Business): From April 29, 2016 to April 29, 2017; (b) the applicable Terms and Conditions for Workers’ Accident Deductions; (c) - Additional Terms and Conditions for Compensation - Limit on Compensation - The amount of KRW 200 million per on-site worker, KRW 200 million per on-site worker, KRW 200 million per on-site worker, KRW 200 million per on-site worker, and KRW 200 million per on-site worker disaster mutual aid contract; and (b) the amount of damages covered by the General Terms and Conditions for Workers’ Accident Deductions applied to the instant mutual aid agreement.

(1) The Association shall compensate for damages caused by the beneficiary's liability for damages exceeding the amount of accident compensation under the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act due to any occupational accident (hereinafter referred to as "accident") caused by the beneficiary's employees through an insurance company which entered into an insurance contract.

3) The Defendant entered into an insurance contract with DDR to pay insurance money equivalent to the deduction amount due to a worker's accident mutual aid agreement, and is a company entrusted by the said union with the compensation business for the worker's accident mutual aid project. 4) The Plaintiff was awarded a contract with the E-Coordination Bank for underground excavation and household facilities construction (hereinafter "the instant construction project") among the F Corporation, and employed G as a part of the instant construction site.

5) On February 6, 2017, in the construction site of the instant case, H was faced with the head of G who was working below the vibration of 7.5t weight, while flying the click with the click’s click and the ground-based input work, while operating the click at the site of the instant construction site. G died at the site of the click (hereinafter “instant accident”).

(6) On March 10, 2017, the Plaintiff: (a) between the spouse I, J and K, who is a bereaved family member of G, on March 10, 2017; (b) and (c) 439,000.
