Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D and 2's "Eum Points".

No one shall sell alcoholic beverages, tobacco, etc. which are harmful to juveniles to juveniles.

Nevertheless, around 20:00 on August 22, 2014, the Defendant sold F (16 years of age) and G (16 years of age) a juvenile who had been a customer to the above business establishment, to be a juvenile harmful to the juvenile.
