Punishment of the crime

On April 8, 2005, the Defendant was sentenced to two years and six months of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, and was sentenced to three years for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes in the Gwangju District Court on November 15, 2007.
