Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, who operates a general restaurant on the first floor of Busanjin-gu, with the trade name of “C”, installed special lighting facilities, such as stage equipment, sound and reflective facilities, and space sunball, in the guest room of the general restaurant. However, from December 11, 2013 to February 26, 2014, the Defendant installed special lighting facilities, such as automatic reflect facilities, and space sunball, in the said place of business.
