Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a rocketing car.

The Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol on October 17, 2014, at around 23:31, the blood alcohol concentration of 0.186%, drive the said car and proceeds in the front of the training tunnel, which is located in 68 by the reading route of Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, along the two-lane distance from the duct of the rooftop to the rooftop training distance.

The lanes have changed to two lanes.

In this case, the driver has a duty of care to operate direction direction, etc. to give notice of change of course, and to change the car line in the future and the future by properly examining the traffic situation of the future and the future.
