1. As to Defendant B’s KRW 373,200,000 and its KRW 338,000,000 among the Plaintiff, Defendant B shall be from January 24, 2007 to February 24, 2007.

As to the claim against Defendant B, the Plaintiff loaned KRW 338,00,00 to Defendant B on January 24, 2007 at the due date of payment of KRW 1% per annum and KRW 20% per annum; Defendant B did not pay interest on the above amount on February 24, 2007; when the payment of interest is delayed once or more, the Plaintiff lost the due date and paid interest interest at KRW 20% per annum from February 25, 2007; the Plaintiff did not pay the above amount to Defendant B on March 1, 2007; the Plaintiff did not pay the interest at least 4,20,000,000 to Defendant B on April 20, 2007; and the Plaintiff did not pay the above amount to Defendant B on April 20, 2007; and the Plaintiff did not pay the interest at least 207,000,000,000 from February 1, 207.

Therefore, Defendant B shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 373,200,000 (=3338,000,000,000) and KRW 338,000,00 among the above costs, 12% per annum (one percent per annum from January 24, 2007 to February 24, 2007); 20% per annum from the following day of the contract delay damages to the date of full payment; 4,200,000 won per annum from March 1, 207 to April 25, 2015 to the date of delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case; 12% per annum from the day following the date of delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case to 30,000,000 per annum from April 25, 2015 to the date of full payment; 30% per annum from the day after the date of delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case to 30.15% per annum
