A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 18, 2016, the Defendant driving a Drop car in the influence of alcohol with approximately 300 meters alcohol concentration of about 0.173% from the 300-meter section from the 37-20-way in the same city-based speed to the road in front of the normal historical distance of about 104 in the same city.

2. Ultimately, the Defendant driven the said car in a state where it is difficult to drive the car normally due to influence of drinking, and received treatment from the care of the victim G (47 years) who was accompanied by the said taxi at the 170 Yancheon-do University Sublet Hospital located in 18 November 19, 2016. Around 03:19, the Defendant suffered from the injury of the victim H (34 years old) who was accompanied by approximately 6 weeks of treatment on the part of the Defendant’s vehicle, such as four or more of the victim’s H (the 34 years old) who was on the part of the Defendant’s vehicle. The Defendant suffered from the injury of the victim, who was on the part of the Defendant’s vehicle, for about 6 weeks of treatment.
