A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

On April 2, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 10 million at the Changwon District Court for the same crime, etc. on July 1, 2010. On October 29, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with prison labor at the Changwon District Court for the same crime, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence at the Busan District Court on June 5, 2016.

1. Crimes committed on March 6, 2017;

A. While there is a risk of impeding other vehicles’ normal traffic in the process, the Defendant overtaking the cargo vehicle above the bridge, even though in the process, it is likely to obstruct other vehicles’ normal traffic, and even if it is possible for the Defendant to overtake the vehicle above the bridge, he repeatedly changed the two-lanes of the two-lane road, which is prohibited from passing through the right side of the express bus above the tunnel, and tried to pass ahead of it several times without using the direction flag.

As a result, the Defendant committed an act of violation of speed, prohibition of change of course, violation of the method of passing ahead, etc., and caused danger to others or causes danger to traffic continuously and repeatedly.

2. On June 15, 2017, the Defendant committed a crime in the vicinity of the Mhodong-gu, Myeongwon-si on June 15, 2017.
