Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 20, 2016, the Defendant interfered with his duties: (a) at the C Hospital Emergency Service Center located in Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Changwon-si B on March 20, 2016; (b) whether the Defendant drinks alcoholic beverages in his previous residence; (c) was sent back by the members of the 119 Emergency Medical Service; and (d) was sent by the medical personnel at the place in question, with a large amount of sound in the process of stiffing, such as blood pressure, and the medical personnel cream the blood pressure; and (d) the Defendant changed the progress control; and (e) whether the Defendant would not use it without impairing the treatment for open sources;

C Hospital interfered with C Hospital emergency room's duties by force by avoiding a disturbance between about 20 minutes because it does not treat patients, so it should not receive medical treatment in this hospital, and "a hospital to another hospital".

2. Around March 20, 2016, the Defendant assaulted the victim by putting him/her d (33 taxes) into an emergency room due to the fact that the victim D (333 taxs) who is the principal officer or employee of the above hospital dather dather dather dather dather sather hand and bat the bats of the victim, on his/her hand.
