A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing car.

On May 25, 2017, at around 02:00, the Defendant driven the above rocketing car with the six-laned road in the Namdong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, D, while under the influence of alcohol content 0.161% during blood, and continued the same three-lanes and four-lanes in the direction of the outer cancer distance from the direction of the outer cancer.
