A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. A thief: (a) around 02:10 on October 12, 2013, the Defendant: (b) entered the “D” convenience store located in Seoan-gu, Seoan-gu, Seoan-gu; (c) went out of Korea without settling the account; and (d) cut off one of the above convenience stores managed by the victim E at the level of the market value of KRW 4,000.

2. At around 02:15 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) boarded the victim F (the 44-year-old), who was operating a place around the department store of “gallonia”, into the back seat of the victim F (the age of 44) GH transport business; (b) and (c) by carrying dangerous weapons, such as the victim’s item, “Adoz, Balkb, Ebsb, Ebsb, Ebsb, Eb, Ebsp. 10cm in length,” and by threatening the victim with a deadly weapon, the Defendant took the victim’s resistance by suppressing the victim’s resistance; and (d) took the cab managed by the victim.

3. At around 02:15 of the same day, the Defendant driven the said taxi in the state of alcohol alcohol concentration of 0.168% without a vehicle driver’s license at approximately 5 km section from before the department store of “galgallon” to the front road of the Seoan-dong, Seoan-gu, Seoan-gu, Seoan-gu, Seoan-si.
