1. As to KRW 161,868,548 and KRW 155,00,00 among the Plaintiff, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff the year from September 6, 2014 to April 2, 2015.

1. The assertion and judgment

A. The Plaintiff’s loan to the Defendant amounting to KRW 50 million on October 5, 2007.

In February 4, 2008, "loan 2,00,000 won or less" is "loan 50,000 won or less".

"Loan 3,00,000 won not exceeding 50 million won on April 10, 2008"

The loan of this case is 'the loan of this case' in total 150 million won or less.

(2) The facts of the loan are without dispute between the parties. (b) The plaintiff sought payment of interest rate of 1.5% per month on the loan of this case, while the defendant borrowed the loan of this case from the plaintiff without interest agreement, and paid the loan of this case in full by paying the amount of KRW 178,050,00 per month until June 2014. Therefore, in full view of the following facts acknowledged by the purport of the items in subparagraphs 1 and 3 and the entire arguments, the above money can be acknowledged to have been paid as interest rate between the original defendant pursuant to the interest rate agreement of 1.5% per month, while there is no evidence to acknowledge that the defendant paid the loan of this case in installments to the plaintiff with respect to the loan of this case by paying the amount of KRW 1.5% per month until June 2014.

① The Defendant paid the Plaintiff KRW 750,000 per month from October 31, 2007 to January 2008, before receiving the second loan from the Plaintiff; KRW 1.5 million per month from March 2008 to April 2008; KRW 1.5 million per month from the date of receiving the second loan; KRW 3 million from May 4, 2008 to the date of receiving the third loan; and KRW 825,000 on June 5, 2014, including the payment of KRW 150,000 on May 15, 2008 and KRW 825,000 on December 5, 2014.

9. 825,00 won per month for 74 months until the payment is made. 1.5 million won per month.
